Would definitely recommend to anyone. Warm breakfast, welcoming personnel. After the arrival, we met host, who was friendly.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Satisfying breakfast and EXCELLENT staff, no complains at all. In love with old chapel b and b. Wonderful base for weekend in Lostwithiel. Free WiFi was pretty good.
